It was founded in order to fulfill the needs for infrastructure in the south of the island of Gran Canaria as well as to provide with the basic material (extraction of pozzolana and stones in quarries) for the manufacturing of cement at the factory which was founded by that time in the municipality of Mogán in Gran Canaria.

At the same time we participated in the construction of one the most important building works in the Canarian Archipelago, the Soria dam, which had a period of execution of more than ten years; it became the dam with the largest capacity in the Spanish territory.

We also undertook building works for the infrastructure in the south of the island and the construction of several docks, all of it to contribute to the improvement of the land communications of our island; this way we put our two cents in the economic expansion which took place in our island due to the development of tourism.

After several years and along with our experience working, we decided to widen our company in other islands of our Archipelago, La Palma, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, where we carried out projects with big companies like the Grupo ACS and FCC, S.A., with whom we built the enlargement of the dock of Los Mármoles, the ring road, and the enlargement of the runways and terminals at the airport in Arrecife, Lanzarote, as well as the Princesa Sofía dock in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

We would like to mention that we were a pioneering company in the study and development of the African markets since we founded a subsidiary company, Nispan, in Nigeria in the year 1975. We carried out building works for the infrastructure throughout the country, and we lived, like many other Canarian people, the experience of having contributed to the improvement and the modernization of Laayone by means of constructions like the airport.

To end, just to say that we are still alive and that we work willingly everyday to make our company larger to be able to benefit all of us.
